The Goat Butcher

Seriously folks, this is as real as it gets. We killed and butchered two of our goats this past January and we wanted to share some of it with the world. We love our animals, but they have a purpose. They are our food and we care for them the best we can when they are alive and then they take care of us too.

In this video, we will introduce you to the goats, show you the area where we did the killing, skinning and gutting and then some of the cuts of meat we ended up with at the end. Pretty much start to finish, except the killing part.
